Flower Mound, TX - a great place to raise a family
Star Rating - 2/7/2007
Flower Mound has great schools and great neighborhoods with lots of bike paths that allow for getting out and walking or biking.

I live in the area too, where are these so-called "bike paths"? I don't want you to confuse people into thinking there are bike paths when what you really mean is a sidewalk running through a park that is only an acre big. We don't have real bike paths. The nearest actual "bike path" in the area is in Lake Dallas, I believe, and runs from Lake Dallas all the way up to 288 in Denton. Also, you can walk and bike in your neighborhood for the most part, and the neighborhoods are typically really large, so that much is definitely true. But you can't safely get to much outside of your neighborhood.
